"Good deal when it’s on sale"
I picked this up on sale, and for the price, I’m happy with it. Nothing too fancy, but it does the job and feels like decent value overall...

"Nice visit, but the wait was a little long"
I stopped by jared to check out a ring, and overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and did not make me feel pressured, which I appreciated. They answered my questions and gave me space to look around. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit before someone was available to help me. Other than that, I would go back.

"Finally, a ring sizing that didn’t go wrong"
I expected the resizing to be a hassle because stuff like this usually turns into a whole thing for me, but this time it was actually easy. The custom ring came back fitting right, and it looks great too. Nice to have something work out for once.

"Financing Made Everything So Easy!!!"
I ended up using Jared financing for my ring, and it was way easier than I expected!!! The payments fit into my budget, and the checkout process wasn’t confusing at all!!! I’m really happy with how everything worked out!!!

"Nice ring, but not quite what I expected"
The ring does look nice and my wife really likes it, so I’ll give them that. But for the price, the quality feels just okay. After only a few weeks, I started noticing tiny scratches, which was disappointing. Also, I wasn’t thrilled that some of the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to, which just made the whole experience a bit more frustrating. It’s not a terrible ring, but I expected a little better from Jared.

I had to exchange a bracelet from Jared for a different size, and the whole process was straightforward. Customer support helped me get it sorted out. It took a few days longer than I expected, but overall it went fine.

"Super easy order online"
I ordered a necklace from jared.com the whole thing was smooth. Checkout didn’t take long, I got email updates along the way, and it arrived when they said it would. The packaging looked really nice too. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why can’t every online order be this painless? No issues at all, I’d definitely order from them again.

"I had my ring repaired through jared..."
I had my ring repaired through jared using the warranty. The staff was friendly enough when I talked to them, and the ring did come back looking good, so I can’t really complain about the actual repair. It just took longer than they originally said, and I had to call a few times to find out what was going on. After a while, it kind of felt like I was just a ticket number in the system instead of someone waiting on something important. Overall, it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
So... the package did eventually show up, but it took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, which made it frustrating waiting around not knowing what was going on.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had to call Jared about an issue with my order, and the woman I spoke with was really nice. She got it fixed quickly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking a few questions. it was really better service than I expected, and I’d definitely buy from them again
